Banana Nut Protein Bread

R+D Body Sponsored Athlete NPC Figure Champion Laura Marenco shares her “go to” recipe when she feels like treating herself and her family to a healthy and nutritious snack which is not only low calorie but it packs a protein punch in every bite!!!


2 scoops Banana Cream Lean Fusion Protein by R+D Body
1.5 cups Almond flour
2 tsp ground cinammon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Stevia in the Raw or Truvia
1/4 cup raw walnuts
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond vanilla milk
1 raw banana


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Use a hand blender or whisk to mix all wet ingredients then slowly add the dry ones. Spray a 9″ bread loaf pan with PAM spray, pour mix in the pan and place in the oven (at 375 degrees) for 35 to 40 minutes. ENJOY!!!!!
