Yes, as long as you follow the directions for use and also comply with the product Warning statement. If taking any medications or have any medical conditions, consult with a doctor before taking any of supplements or our products. 

No, we do not use any artificial colors or fillers in any of our products. 

Yes, many of our products can be stacked together. Follow suggested use directions and if you have any questions on what works well please contact us at support@rdbody.com

Results can vary from person to person and also by the supplement and intended effect. It’s important to be consistent, use as directed, and give it some time. If you have more specific questions on the effects and benefits of any of our supplements or feel like you are not getting results you want, please contact us at support@rdbody.com.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 1 business day from our US fulfillment center. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days within the United States. Orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday, and fulfillment times may be longer during holidays.

Yes. Orders $75 and up will ship FREE. Also, any products purchased with a subscription our Subscribe & Save will also ship FREE, including recurring subscription orders.   

We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but it's something we're actively working on for the future.

You can track your order by using the tracking number that was included on your Order Shipping Confirmation email or by accessing your account and reviewing the order in your account dashboard. You can go there by logging in here or by clicking the account icon at the top of the webpage.

BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We take payments via Shop Pay, credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, and wallet payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. 

Yes, subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard. You can go to your account dashboard by logging in here or by clicking the account icon at the top of the webpage.

Yes, recurring subscription orders will be charged automatically. You will receive an email and text (if opted in to SMS) 3 days prior before subscription orders are processed to notify you. 

Yes we do, we call them stacks. You can see bundled product offerings by going to our STACKS shop page.  

To use a promo or discount code, simply enter any valid code in the discount field at checkout and your savings will be applied automatically.

We stand behind our products with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. Simply contact the Support Team at support@rdbody.com with order # referenced and we will work on resolving your issues as soon as possible, including a full refund.

If you purchased your product from a retailer, just return the unused portion along with your receipt to the original place of purchase within 60 days for a full refund.
