Add a bit of maple syrup and enjoy!


  • 1 scoop Lean Fusion Vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda or Stevia Baking Powder
  • ¾ cup Egg Whites
  • 1 tablespoon Applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Blueberries


First, mix together all dry ingredients, then mix together all wet ingredients (except for the blueberries). Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir until there are no longer any clumps. Gently stir in the blueberries. Let the mixture sit for 5 mis to thicken.  Spray a medium skillet or pancake grill with non-stick spray. Over medium heat add each pancake one at a time. Let cook for 2-4 min each side. Be patient but watch carefully. Cook time depends on your stovetop.
