To get started simply create an account on our website and purchase a product using the Subscribe & Save option. Once purchased you will be automatically enrolled and receive the product(s) at your selected frequency with a discount and FREE shipping.  

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FREQUENCIES?

Frequencies for subscription purchases may be set at 30, 60, or 90 days. 

HOW CAN I MAKE EDITS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION OR CANCEL?

You can make edits to your subscriptions from your account dashboard. You can go to your account dashboard by logging in here or by clicking the account icon at the top of the webpage. 

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IN MY SUBSCRIPTION IS OUT OF STOCK?

You will receive an email notification. You may cancel the order or it will be fulfilled automatically once back in stock. If the product is discontinued the order for that particular product will be canceled and you will be notified. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

You can make edits to your preferred shipping address from your account dashboard. You can go to your account dashboard by logging in here or by clicking the account icon at the top of the webpage. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

You can make edits to your preferred payment method from your account dashboard. You can go to your account dashboard by logging in here or by clicking the account icon at the top of the webpage. 

 

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You agree to charges for products based on the frequency selected. Subscribe & Save orders will be in effect indefinitely from the date the first order is processed, unless canceled.

You agree that R+D Body reserves the right to change these Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions at any time and to discontinue the program at any time for any reason. 

Unless modified by you, the credit card used to set up the initial Subscribe & Save order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing a Subscribe & Save order, you authorize us to charge your credit card for subsequent Subscribe & Save orders indefinitely from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel.

Credit cards and debit cards will be the only valid tender types accepted for payment on Subscribe & Save orders. Gift certificates, e-Gift certificates, gift cards, checks, and PayPal will not be accepted.

Recurring order pricing will reflect fifteen percent off the then current product price at the time the order is processed, excluding certain promotional pricing, including but not limited to, BOGOs or any multiple-item discount. Promotions cannot be combined with the Subscribe & Save program. R+D Body will notify the customer of the amount of all charges prior to the order being fulfilled (3 days in advance of ship date). R+D Body reserves the right to cancel any recurring orders due to incorrect product pricing.

You must register with RDbody.com in order to set up Subscribe & Save shipments and must have a valid email address.

You will be able to log in using your account to modify or cancel your Subscribe & Save shipments at any time. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to the cancellation request. You can cancel the Subscribe & Save program at any time by logging into your account and altering your subscription or by contacting the Support Team directly. Canceling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. 

If a Subscribe & Save product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification. If the order is not canceled, the product will be shipped when it is in stock. Similarly, if a Subscribe & Save product is discontinued, you will be notified by email and your Subscribe & Save shipments canceled for this product.
