ORDERING

CAN I USE A PROMOTION CODE DURING CHECKOUT?

Yes, enter any valid promotional code at checkout to receive a given discount.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We make every attempt to process orders as soon as possible. Your order will ship within 1 business day after your order has been received at our fulfillment center(s). If an order is placed on a Friday, your order may not be processed until the following Monday. Please expect longer fulfillment times during holidays.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS OUT-OF-STOCK?

If the item you ordered is out-of-stock or backordered, a representative from our Support Team will contact you to provide possible options and/or a refund for the out-of-stock item(s).

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BACK ORDERED PRODUCT?

If the item you ordered is on backorder, you can expect your product within a few weeks. If you would like a more exact date of arrival our Support Team will be happy to help you out.

HOW CAN I VIEW MY RECENT ORDERS?

You can review any old or recent order by accessing your account dashboard. You can go there by logging in here or by clicking the account icon at the top of the webpage

HOW SECURE ARE MY ORDER TRANSACTIONS?

All transactions are encrypted with the use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate to protect sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card numbers. All your information is securely transferred over the Internet to safeguard each individual transaction.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to all U.S states including Alaska and Hawaii. Currently we do not ship internationally but are working on it. 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

Yes, we do deliver to P.O Boxes in all U.S states via USPS. 

DO YOU SHIP TO APO, FPO AND DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

Yes, we do ship to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses via USPS. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by using the tracking number that was included on your Order Shipping Confirmation email or by accessing your account and reviewing the order in your account dashboard. You can go there by logging in here or by clicking the account icon at the top of the webpage

 

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR SUBSCRIBE & SAVE?

Simply create an account on our website and purchase a product using the Subscribe & Save option. Once purchased you will be automatically enrolled and receive the product(s) at your selected frequency with a discount and free shipping.  

ARE THERE SHIPPING OR OTHER FEES?

Shipping is free for all Subscribe & Save items for recurring purchases and there are no other fees. 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FREQUENCIES?

Frequencies for subscription purchases may be set at 30, 60, or 90 days. 

HOW CAN I MAKE EDITS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION OR CANCEL?

You can make edits to your subscriptions from your account dashboard. You can go to your account dashboard by logging in here or by clicking the account icon at the top of the webpage

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IN MY SUBSCRIPTION IS OUT OF STOCK?

You will receive an email notification. You may cancel the order or it will be fulfilled automatically once back in stock. If the product is discontinued the order for that particular product will be canceled and you will be notified. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We stand behind our products with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied for any reason and wish to return please contact our Support Team at support@rdbody.com. After contact further instructions will be given to process your return and receive a refund. You can review our Return & Exchange policy here. 

If the product was purchased from a retailer, just return the unused portion of your product with receipt to the retailer where purchased within 60 days for a full refund. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

To receive a refund, please contact our Support Team at support@rdbody.com. If required, your refund will be issued once your return has been received. If no return is required by our Support Team, you will receive a refund.
